Like many, I’ve navigated through life’s highs and lows, discovering that the emotional aftermath of past experiences often hinders our present joy. I’ve learned that overcoming this emotional legacy is key to enjoying the now, embodying joy, happiness, freedom, love, and lightness.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the best in the field, including Prof Bruce Lipton and Dr Peter Levine. My approach is also influenced by the teachings of notable figures like Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu, integrating somatic practices and eastern philosophy to offer a holistic path to transformation.
I believe in the power of transformation — to be released from and unaffected by our past pains. This belief is encapsulated in what I call the ‘Mandela Effect,’ a journey through our own door to freedom and liberation, where we are no longer defined by our past but are free to embrace life anew.
